It's You It's Me was recorded at the same session as 2011's When It's Party Time Down South at the famous Lion Studios in Singapore. Adam assembled a team of great musicians including long-term friends from the original Velvet Playboys line up; Ben Franz, Len Whittle, Tim Forster, Joe Whittle and Mick Cartwright. Jessie Gordon, lead singer of The Darling Buds of May and The Cotton Club Trio, joined the session.
